Inspired by the Old English word haer (meaning "hair"), our name reflects a deep respect for the craft’s rich history and the legacy of British hairdressing as a global leader, made internationally iconic and timeless by Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, Trevor Sorbie and so many other inspirational practitioners that work tirelessly to establish the British tradition.

• As a HAIR SALON, HAER Collective is a studio space where artistry and expertise come together to create personalised, high-quality hair services and treatments. It embodies a holistic approach to hair care, celebrating individuality and craftsmanship with a refined, modern aesthetic. Our salon is home to independent Hair Stylists who share a collective commitment to exceptional hairdressing. As PARTNERS in a creative team, they collaborate with a shared dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences, ensuring quality and artistry remain at the heart of everything we do.

• As an EDUCATION GROUP, HAER Collective is dedicated to elevating the industry by nurturing talent and sharing knowledge with ‘colleagues’ and with respect. It fosters a community of hairstylists who work collectively as ‘AMBASSADORS’ through training events, sharing their recognised speciality skills. They are passionate about honing their skills, pushing creative boundaries and sharing those skills for the development of professionals. Sessions are developed and delivered to small groups within the industry who wish to continuously develop their skills to grow their business offer and to also, upholding the integrity of their craft and the reputation of the British Hairdressing Industry.
